Personalisation of teaching
The first objective of a multidisciplinary team of teachers, the presence of tutors and the supervision of experienced pedagogues and psychologists is to get to know and accompany individual pupils. Identifying everyone's needs and valuing different learning styles shapes a heterogeneous class, strong in its differences.
Multilingualism and its value
The age-related plasticity of the brain will make it possible for each pupil to become bilingual, switching regularly between lessons in Italian and English. Other languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Russian or German can also be chosen and studied in small groups.
The two months as an opportunity for comparison and evaluation
Every two months, the teachers of the Collegio give families an informal evaluation document, to take stock of the situation and reinforce the process, before the official report cards are handed out.
More than just school
Learning that meets high standards does not end in the classroom, but cultivates skills in informal, playful and as differentiated a setting as possible. Those skills will contribute to a deep quality of life and the structuring of a solid identity.
Spirituality, music, sport, theatre, open spaces.

Educational Goal
The children, with the help and support of their adults, will be led to take "steps" towards growth, for the integral development of their person, which can be summarised in five key words, declined each year in the school's educational framework.
-
Class 1: Knowledge Getting to know oneself, mind and body, by increasing the desire to experience reality, cultivating the joy of discovery
-
Class 2: Belonging. To feel part of a group, to recognise adults as a constant reference and guide and to learn to welcome classmates "different from oneself" with attitudes of willingness and help
-
Class 3: Listening. Learning to listen with the heart in order to 'learn to learn'
-
Class 4: Thinking. Developing the capacity for guided reflection on one's own experience for better self-knowledge and greater autonomy in managing one's own abilities
-
Class 5: Awareness. To be an active and conscious learner
For the growth of the pupil
The relationship between school and family is transformed into a real pact, for collaboration and mutual trust that, through interaction, designs the path of each child. The sound Italian tradition and the international scope converge to bring out the uniqueness of each person, cultivating it as a value and opening it up to generative links.
